Smart production for powerful performance
Within the Auto & Motorcycle Parts category, We R Asia supports companies in the production of technical components that determine performance. These include battery housings for e-scooters and e-bikes, complete engine blocks and precision-cast cylinder heads. For example, we developed the Eyxon battery in collaboration with Ebikeaccu.nl, a powerful and reliable solution for e-bikes. We work with specialised factories in Asia that meet high quality and safety standards. Thanks to our local teams on site, we guarantee constant monitoring, transparency and short lead times. You provide the idea or specifications, and we take care of the rest: from sourcing and engineering to production and quality control. We work directly with certified factories, without any middlemen, so you benefit from lower costs and faster turnaround times. Our experience with components such as batteries, engine blocks and cylinder heads helps you to produce quickly and efficiently, without compromising on reliability. This allows you to get innovative vehicles on the road or in the showroom faster.
This is how we make it happen
Request
When we receive your production request, we will first discuss the options within our team. We will then discuss the options with you according to our working method. Once we have reached an agreement and finalised a design, we will send the request to our colleagues in China, Vietnam or India, depending on the product type.
Search for Supplier
Once the request has been submitted, we will search for manufacturers in China, Vietnam or India that match your request. These suppliers must also comply with the working methods, quality requirements and level of responsible production that we at We R Asia set for them. Once a suitable supplier has been found, we will prepare a tailor-made quotation. Upon approval, sample production will commence.
Sample production
The sample production process continues until everything is just right. During sample production, our team in Asia will regularly check whether production is on schedule. Once the first samples are ready at the supplier's, they will be assessed by our team in the United Kingdom in accordance with our working method. Only when we are satisfied will we send them to you for approval.
After your sample has been approved, we will proceed to production.
Production
After your approval, we instruct the supplier to start production. During the production process, we regularly carry out quality checks from our offices in Asia to ensure that the product meets all the standards and norms we set. Our working method also means that we always keep you informed about the progress of the production process in the meantime.

Delivery
The production process has been completed and your products are ready for transport. During the application process, you indicated whether you want the products to be transported by sea freight or air freight. A combination of both is also possible, of course. As soon as your products arrive in the Netherlands, we will collect them. We will then deliver your products to the address of your choice.
